ALIS JEANNE CHARLOTTE PIEDIMONTE BODINI

SPECIAL SUMMIT COMMITTEE OFFICER

I’m Alis Piedimonte-Bodini, a second year Global Law student driven by a genuine curiosity for diplomacy, international relations, and the evolving role of law in a globalized world. Having grown up between France and Italy, I’ve developed a strong interest in how different cultures, legal systems, and political traditions interact and how dialogue can bridge their differences.

I’m particularly fascinated by European governance, global constitutionalism, and the balance between legality, legitimacy, and power in international affairs. I see law not only as a set of rules, but as a framework for cooperation and a tool to build more transparent and accountable institutions. What motivates me most is the idea of contributing to a generation that understands global challenges through both a legal and human lens, one capable of turning theory into practice, and ideals into policy.
