FLORA JANNOTTI TESTA

NEWSPAPER EDITOR

I’m a Master’s student in International Relations, majoring in Diplomacy. Half Italian and half French, I’ve grown up between two cultures that naturally shaped my fascination for languages, international politics, and cross-cultural dialogue. Before joining LUISS, I studied Political Economy at King’s College London, where I explored how diplomacy, governance, and European policy intersect to shape the global landscape.

At LUSDA, I write monthly articles on diplomacy and international relations, aiming to focus on the European Union and energy policy but also the often unseen dimensions of international relations. What I enjoy most is translating intricate political dynamics into stories that feel alive and accessible: diplomacy, to me, is ultimately about giving context to complexity and meaning to global change.

Outside of academia, I’m an avid traveler who’s visited over thirty countries and is always planning the next destination. You’ll often find me writing from a café somewhere in the world and debating EU politics over a (regrettably gluten free) croissant.
